This Fiano is vinified in steel with indigenous yeasts without clarification or filtration to preserve the authenticity of the grape variety. The wine has a characteristic golden yellow colour and develops a balsamic profile with elegant hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it reveals a juicy and savoury character.
