The Fiano 'Mariposa' from Cantina Morone is a wine with an engaging drinkability, made from one of the most well-known Campanian grape varieties. In this version, it is vinified and aged in steel, to maintain the expressiveness and authenticity of the grapes. It remains a few months in contact with the fine lees, to contribute to both the harmony and roundness of the sip. On the nose, it opens with aromas of white fruit and flowers, with hints of aromatic herbs and saline notes at the finish. On the palate, it is smooth, with balanced freshness and a savory finish. Excellent paired with raw fish, such as amberjack with olive oil and citrus zest
Pale yellow with greenish reflections
Aromas of jasmine and white peach, notes of orange peel and thyme, hints of iodine on the finish
Intense and smooth, fresh and with persistent sapidity
