Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Corti Cugini

Corti Cugini's Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero is an elegant representation of the Gussago terroir, interpreted using only Chardonnay grapes. Minimal intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar, ageing in oak barrels and a year and a half on the lees: this is the key to obtaining a subtle, fresh and vertical sparkling wine. The nose is dominated by citrus fruits, peach and intriguing herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is dry, smooth and creamy, with a fine finish that pairs well with fish dishes, making it ideal for starting meals in style
