The base cuvée comes from a selection of over 30 base wines, some of which ferment and age in small barrels of white oak. At the end of the entire production process, which originates from a unique and astonishing know-how, the aromatic richness of red fruits and flowers, yeast, and brioche integrates into an impeccable balance.
