Adriano Marco and Vittorio's Freisa 'Lice' comes from the family's first Freisa vineyard, a plot that belonged to their uncle Felice. Fermentation is spontaneous, the wine is not aged in wood and matures for a long time in steel and in the bottle. The nose reveals vinous and fruity notes reminiscent of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose. On the palate, it is fresh and moderately full-bodied with good tannins that support the sip. It pairs naturally with Piedmontese cooked meats and mixed boiled meats with sauces, but is also worth trying with spicy dishes such as Peking duck
