Fratelli Raguzzoni's Campo dei Galli Semi-sparkling White is a bottle-fermented wine made from Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, a now rare variety that is prone to a genetic disease that limits the full development of the berries and results in very low yields. The Raguzzoni winery decided not to uproot it and to vinify it as a single variety. The nose opens with fruity and floral aromas, enriched with delicate herbaceous and mentholated notes. On the palate, it is smooth and easy to drink, with a balanced freshness and a delicate savouriness on the finish, supported by a long and persistent effervescence. Perfect with mixed fried fish
Bright straw yellow
