The Semi-Sparkling White Col Fondo 'Utia' of the Move di Mondragon winery is a product that embodies the essence of the territory of the upper Marca Trevigiana. This winery follows the motto 'cultivate the landscape' and works with old vineyards and spontaneous vinification to give back. The nose releases aromas of ripe fruit, with delicate notes of white flowers and lively hints of yeast on the finish. On the palate it stands out for its freshness, the taste is savoury and creamy. Ideal with delicate dishes such as radicchio risotto or herb omelettes
Pale straw yellow, subtly cloudy, subtle and lively effervescence
Hints of pear and jasmine, floral profile with acacia flowers and pleasant hints of yeast on the finish
Very fresh and with an energetic, creamy sip
