Daniele's Garganega is a young creation from the winery, an 'orange' expression of a young vineyard surrounded by greenery. Garganega is a versatile grape variety, as demonstrated by this white wine that macerates on the skins for 5 days. The result is an aromatic profile rich in ripe yellow fruit, dried acacia flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a balanced and pleasantly persistent finish. It pairs well with freshwater fish dishes and fresh cheeses, such as prawn risotto
Straw yellow, golden reflections
Immediate hints of white fish, orange blossom, then orange peel, thyme and hints of iodine
Very fresh and savoury, smooth on the palate and well-balanced
