Maison Lou Dumont's Gevrey-Chambertin is an elegant and refined version of Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. The vineyards are located near the Maison's headquarters in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, which gives its name to the appellation. The bouquet is broad, ranging from hints of fresh berries with medicinal herbs, enriched with more complex spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with refined tannins and a well-defined freshness. Perfect to pair with both a porcini mushroom risotto and a beef fillet
