The Gewürztraminer from In der Eben combines the personalities of two distinct soils, one volcanic and stony, the other sedimentary and fertile. This allows the aromatic and intense spirit of this unique grape variety, which is characteristic of the area, to be expressed. The nose explodes with notes of ripe lychee and rosehip, with hints of acacia honey and fresh ginger. On the palate, it is enveloping and persistent, sweet and distinctly savoury. Ideal with spicy dishes such as duck à l'orange or blue cheeses
