Gin Distilled Soero

Soero Distilled Gin is the creation of Dario Olmeo, star bartender from Alghero. It was created as a tribute to Italian biodiversity and is produced in collaboration with the historic Zamperoni distillery. The recipe combines 13 botanicals from various Italian regions, chosen to develop notes of citrus and lavender with balsamic touches. It is smooth and sweet on the palate, with hints of honey and spices, ideal neat with ice or in mixology
