Gin Senensis is Rocca delle Macie's liquid tribute to the biodiversity of Chianti. Produced in Barberino Val d'Elsa, this spirit uses local botanicals such as olive leaves, wild juniper and rosemary with leaves and flowers from the area's main grape variety, Sangiovese. With its fresh sweetness and warmth of alcohol, this gin is perfect for adding a Tuscan twist to any cocktail
