Bernhard Huber's Grauburgunder Trocken is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown on the limestone soils of Baden. Harmonious and appealing to drink, the wine undergoes a short period of ageing in wood, like all the winery's whites, which makes it even more complex. The nose opens with hints of sweet fruit, with some lively touches of currant and citrus zest, inviting 'stony' notes and accents of sweet spice. On the palate, it is soft and full, with a marked savoury perception that lengthens the sip. Perfect with egg tagliatelle and black truffle
Deep golden yellow
Hints of white currant, mandarin peel and melon, light notes of vanilla and wet stone
Enveloping and soft, with a refined profile and a long, salty finish
