Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Greco di Tufo Riserva Grancare is a structured and intense white wine from Irpinia. It was created as a selection designed to mature over time and enhance the link between the grape variety and the territory. The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Torrioni and Montefusco and are rooted in clay soils rich in limestone and volcanic elements. Fermentation and ageing take place partly in oak barriques, a choice that enhances its structure, aroma and longevity. The nose reveals notes of yellow peach, tropical fruit and aromatic herbs with mineral hints and nuances of white pepper. The palate is intense, broad and refined, supported by a precise balance between freshness and savouriness and a long finish. Perfect with baccalà alla pertecaregna (salt cod)
