GRECO DI TUFO MASTROBERARDINO 2024 DESCRIPTION

The wine Greco di Tufo is the result of a great bond that unites the starting varietal with the Campanian terroir, all fueled by the ability of the Mastroberardino winery to present the classics of regional viticulture in purity, extrapolating the fundamental traits into labels at a price that is nothing short of advantageous. A bottle with a light silhouette on the palate, characterized by a beautiful underlying minerality, which on the nose reveals the typical fruity aromas that identify Greco di Tufo. When you feel like tasting a good fish dish, pair it with this label: the choice will leave you nothing short of satisfied.

The white Greco di Tufo originates from the homonymous grapes, widely cultivated within the regional boundaries of the Campania region. Mastroberardino dedicates itself to this variety in the owned vineyards located near Tufo and Petruro, at about 450 meters above sea level, facing southeast. The terroir of this area is characterized by a subsoil composed mainly of clay and limestone. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, and after bottling, the wine remains for a few months to mature directly in glass, before being released on the market.
