Ebner's Grüner Veltliner is a white wine made from the grape variety of the same name, which is not so common in South Tyrol. The Ebner winery has been cultivating this variety for generations. The vineyards are around thirty years old and are trained using the traditional Trentino pergola method. The nose reveals aromas of yellow fruit with the typical spicy note of white pepper characteristic of the variety. On the palate, it is rich and smooth, yet pleasantly fresh and distinctly mineral. These characteristics are the result of the combination of Alpine breezes and soils rich in porphyry and quartz, which give us a wine of great finesse. Perfect with a platter of cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses such as Stelvio
Intense straw yellow
Hints of yellow apple and exotic fruits such as kiwi and pineapple, with a typical note of white pepper
Juicy and bold on the palate, it has great tension on the palate and a distinct savoury finish
