Cabernet Sauvignon 'Guido' is a red wine that reflects the encounter between international flavours and the sunshine of the Mediterranean. The grapes, harvested manually from vines of different ages, ferment spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration lasting around fifteen days, without filtration. The aromatic profile combines red fruit and spices with smoky and herbaceous notes on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with elegant tannins and a surprisingly dynamic drinkability. Perfect with lamb or capocollo
Bright ruby red
Intense with cherry, blackberry, cocoa and liquorice, herbaceous finish with thyme and mint
Fine tannins, elegant, savoury progression and fresh finish, round on the palate
