Ebner's Kerner is a white wine made from grapes originating in Germany, which have also found a suitable growing area in South Tyrol. The Ebner winery's vineyards extend over terraces at about 800 metres above sea level, with vines that are about forty years old, trained according to the typical Trentino pergola system. During vinification, temperatures are kept low to accentuate the fragrance of the grape variety. The nose opens with hints of fruit and yellow mountain flowers, complemented by the delicate balsamic notes of alpine herbs. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a pleasant salty note on the finish. Perfect with vegetable starters or grilled fish, such as char
