Pietro Torti's Kombucha N.2 'Croatina' is a full-bodied, fruity non-alcoholic drink made from Croatina grape must and fresh red fruits with natural fermentation. The very low sugar residue and natural alcohol content of less than 1% give it balance and great smoothness on the palate. The nose is dominated by intense notes of raspberry and blueberry with hints of lemon, while the palate is round and distinctly fresh, with a full body. It pairs well with fruit desserts and fresh cheeses, and is ideal with red fruit cheesecake
