Pardellerhof Lagrein represents the essence of Alto Adige through an indigenous grape variety with great personality. The vinification involves alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel with ageing in small barrels, a technique that preserves the liveliness of the fruit and rounds off the sip. Elegant violets and dark berries emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is round, full and balanced. It pairs perfectly with red meats and mature cheeses, ideal with South Tyrolean speck and dumplings
Rosso rubino intenso e scuro
Hints of violet and dark berries such as blueberries, blackberry and subtle black pepper on the finish
Round and full, with balanced taste sensations between body and well-integrated freshness
