Lambrusco 'Discorde' Perseveranza 2023

The Lambrusco dell'Emilia 'Discorde' from the Perseveranza winery is a light-hearted and delicious wine. The Lambrusco Salamino variety gives the wine a smooth taste and delicate aromas, while the Grasparossa gives it greater colour intensity and slight notes of undergrowth. The nose is vinous, with typical hints of fermenting grape must and fragrant red fruits on the finish. On the palate, it is smooth and fresh, with a rich effervescence that cleanses the palate and prepares it for the next sip. Very versatile, but the ideal pairing is with a platter of cold cuts or fresh egg pasta
