Paltrinieri's Lambrusco di Sorbara Metodo Classico 'Grosso' is an elegant version of Sorbara. Its light colour is typical of the grape variety, but it is immediately clear that it is not a light wine: complex on the nose, with hints of red and dried fruit, with intriguing balsamic hints on the finish, very taut on the palate and with great flavour. A wine that surprises, to be paired with cured meats or lightly fried fish
Onion skin coppery with golden highlights
Jasmine and camomile flowers, balsamic resinous hints and dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut on the finish
Fresh, savoury, elegant, with balance between minerality and sip tension
