“Vigna del Cristo” Lambrusco di Sorbara is part of Cavicchioli's exclusive line of sparkling wines. The color impresses with its very intense rosé, enveloped by a clear foam that tends to powder pink. The aromas are all linked to flowers and fruits that combine well together creating a subtle and lively bouquet: violet and rose dance happily with blood orange and wild strawberries. On the palate, it is dry and energetic, with bursts of freshness and sapidity that do not make it cloying but give way to drinkability and persistence. It is certainly a balanced sparkling wine that covers, with its simplicity, a wide range of culinary pairings: from elaborate first courses to red meats, to fish and pizza.
