Orlando Abrigo's Langhe Bianco "Tres Plus" is Giovanni Abrigo's tribute to France, a wine designed to challenge and celebrate the great winemaking traditions of the French Alps. Chardonnay, the prince of French grape varieties, predominates, accompanied by a small percentage of Nascetta, a native Langhe grape variety recently rediscovered thanks to the efforts of a few attentive winegrowers. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with hints of ripe yellow fruit, delicate notes of sage and thyme, and slight toasted accents from ageing in wood, complemented by hints of salted butter on the finish. On the palate, the wine is full and enveloping, characterised by a lively freshness and excellent sapidity, which prolongs the finish. Perfect with refined dishes such as baked turbot with potatoes and artichokes
Bright golden yellow
Hints of yellow peach, quince, hints of aromatic herbs, hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnut and milky notes on the finish
Soft and velvety, with a lively freshness and a savoury finish
