Hervé Villemade's Bianco 'Le Litre Bovin' is a playful and eclectic wine made from a blend of Chardonnay and other white grapes from the Cher valley in the Loire. Fermentation and ageing take place in steel tanks to accentuate the distinctive freshness of the grape varieties used. The nose opens with hints of crisp white fruit, with a burst of lemon zest and a slightly herbaceous finish. The palate is fresh and lively, with iodine accents on the finish. Perfect for an aperitif with vegetable quiches and fresh cheeses
Intense straw yellow
Notes of pear and citrus zest, hints of tropical fruit
