Pasini San Giovanni's Lugana 'Busocaldo' is a white wine produced from grapes grown in a single vineyard, which takes its name from the historic 'Busocaldo' trattoria. Complex and with remarkable personality, it best expresses the characteristics of the Garda area. It is a more structured and richer wine than the classic Lugana, thanks to its ageing on fine lees and frequent bâttonage. Intense on the nose, it opens with notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, followed by pleasantly milky sweet scents. The palate is soft and balanced with great freshness and sapidity. Perfect with fresh egg pasta or mushroom risotto
Deep golden yellow
Complex with hints of elderflower, orange peel and accents of aromatic sage herbs, with notes of custard on the finish
Soft, intense and enveloping, with a distinct savoury note on the finish
