Pasini San Giovanni's Lugana Traditional Method '81-Ottantuno' is a sparkling wine made exclusively with Turbiana grapes grown on the shores of Lake Garda. The name pays homage to the year 1981, when the Pasini family began, with a pioneering spirit, to produce Lugana as a sparkling wine. It is a sparkling wine with a strong identity and a smooth taste. The nose reveals intense hints of citrus peel, accompanied by notes of toasted fruit and the classic hints of pastry typical of the ‘Metodo Classico’, that's to say Traditional Method. On the palate, the perlage is soft and enveloping, supported by a dynamic freshness. Excellent with an aperitif platter or grilled lake fish
Bright straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage
It opens with fruity hints of pear and lemon zest, finishing with notes of toasted almonds and light hints of pastry
Effervescence and good structure, accompanied by lively freshness and a juicy finish
