'Macfol' Ezio Cerruti

Ezio Cerruti's 'MacFol' is an iconic Piedmontese macerated wine, created by the hands of an important artisan. Designed for dynamic and authentic drinking, it is made from white grapes processed with long maceration and a vinification process that favours spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar. Two-thirds of the contact with the skins takes place in cement and one-third in wood. The nose reveals citrus fruits, exotic fruits, candied fruits and sweet spices, while the palate is mineral, fresh and dynamic. It pairs well with ethnic cuisine and blue cheeses. Try it with chicken tikka masala
