Klabjan's Malvasia 'Black Label' is a rich macerated white wine produced by an iconic winery in Slovenian Istria. It originates in the Osp Valley, a few kilometres from the sea, from old vines planted on land ideal for producing intense wines such as this one. After maceration on the skins, the wine is aged for two years in old barrels and concrete eggs, a true encounter between tradition and modernity. The nose is broad and mature, with evolved hints of candied fruit, tropical fruit and intriguing almond notes on the finish. On the palate, it is round, creamy and supported by a lively freshness
