Domaine Chevrot's Maranges 'Sur le Chêne' is a Pinot from the extreme south of the Côte de Beaune. The winery believes in minimal intervention, a method by which they aim to communicate the voice of their terroir as closely as possible. The nose releases typical fruity aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, with hints of mocha and cocoa that betray the evolution in wood. Crisp fruit and a velvety texture emerge on the palate.
