Jérôme Galeyrand's Marsannay 'Est Ouest' is an intense and structured Burgundy red from an area famous for the region's most full-bodied Pinots. Born from the experience of a vigneron attentive to the genetics of vines, it is produced without technological processes and with certified organic and biodynamic agriculture. The nose reveals ripe cherry, wild raspberry, violet flowers and smoky notes, while the palate is compact and tannic, supported by great freshness that expands the mouthfeel. It pairs well with spicy dishes and structured meats such as braised beef or Asian fish stew recipes
