Schiava 'Meraner' Pardellerhof 2023

The Schiava 'Meraner' Pardellerhof is a very versatile wine that can accompany every moment of the day. Made from 'Vernatsch' grapes, the German name for Schiava, grown on the sunny slopes of Marlengo, it undergoes numerous pumping over to preserve freshness and fragrance. A 'red' profile emerges on the nose with fruit such as cherry and raspberry, while on the palate it is soft, with fine tannins and a distinctly fresh mouthfeel.  Goes well with typical cured meats and white meats, ideal with speck dumplings
