Picaflor's Mezcal 'Espadìn' Joven was born in San Luis del Río, in the state of Oaxaca, as a tribute to the hummingbird and its role in pollinating the agave. The Espadìn variety is chosen for its finesse and the double distillation takes place in typical copper stills. The nose has a delicate smokiness enriched by tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple, with citrus and balsamic nuances on the finish. Full-bodied on the palate, characterised by an enveloping aftertaste and the intense vegetal freshness of agave
