Morey-Saint-Denis Maison Lou Dumont 2022

Maison Lou Dumont's Morey-Saint-Denis is a subtle and juicy Burgundy red. The Maison's vineyards are located in the village that gives the appellation its name and are cultivated according to certified organic methods. The bouquet is complex and deep, with notes of red fruit, violet petals and hints of herbs, enriched by spicy and toasted aromas resulting from over a year of ageing in barriques. The palate is intriguing, smooth and enveloping, supported by elegant tannins and a very long finish. Perfect with a classic French dish: Boeuf Bourguignon

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine with a great longevity, already remarkable if you drink it now, but we suggest to let it rest in your cellar to best appreciate the great qualities that will mature over time
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for over 10 years
