Guido Vada's Moscato d'Asti 'Florentino' is a sweet and delicate wine, a fragrant expression of Coazzolo's principal grape variety. It ferments in autoclaves until the second fermentation, following the Asti method, which extracts the liveliness and aroma of the variety with great sweetness. The nose reveals clean and direct notes of acacia flowers, peach and apricot. On the palate, it is smooth, slightly effervescent and fresh, with a sweetness that is well balanced by its intense and lively freshness. It pairs well with Piedmontese dry pastries and is the ideal accompaniment to meliga biscuits, the typical corn biscuits of the Asti area
