Guido Vada's Moscato Secco 'Mosca Bianca' is a fragrant and unique white wine, especially among the hills of Coazzolo where sweet Moscato dominates. The nose reveals the floral and fruity aromas typical of Moscato, with orange blossom and white peach in the foreground, but in a more tense and vertical register than usual. The palate is dry, lively, with a distinct freshness and a certain lightness that makes it versatile at the table. Ideal with traditional Piedmontese appetisers, it finds its best expression alongside veal with tuna sauce
Light straw yellow with golden reflections
Fragrant, with jasmine, peach, sage and subtle hints of mandarin
Salty and savoury, with a long finish and a very fresh aftertaste
