Belcolle's Nascetta is a fresh example of the only true native white wine of the Langhe. The vinification process involves 24 hours of skin maceration at a low temperature of 5 degrees, a technique that enhances the aromatic component of the grape variety. The nose reveals intense and persistent fruity notes, with hints of yellow fruit opening up to a citrus finish. On the palate, it shows significant structure, supported by a fresh profile with a persistent finish. It pairs naturally with seafood starters such as sardines with herbs
