Bosio's Nebbiolo d'Alba comes from high-altitude vineyards in the Alba area and is aged for two years in barrels, a long and traditional vinification process that produces a red wine that is never dull. The bouquet is rather vertical, with hints of crisp cherry and dried violets. On the palate, it has subtle tannins, a distinct warmth and a balanced flavour. It pairs well with red meats and mature cheeses, and is perfect with braised veal cheek
Light ruby red
First crisp cherry, then dried violet and hints of tobacco and cocoa
Present and granite-like tannins, enveloping and very persistent
