Palladino's Nebbiolo d'Alba is a structured red wine with a territorial character that is very expressive of the Langhe style. It is a faithful interpretation of the grape variety, designed to enhance its finesse rather than its power. The nose reveals the typical aromas of the grape variety, with fragrant hints of violet and raspberry. On the palate, it is very tannic but soft and fresh. It pairs well with meat and savoury first courses, and is ideal with mushroom risotto or roast veal
Light ruby red with garnet reflections
Fine, with initial hints of violet opening up to raspberry, cherry and final earthy notes
Very dry, with noticeable but soft tannins, structured and with a distinctly fresh finish
