Orlando Abrigo's Nebbiolo Valmaggiore 'Tutto a Mano' comes from the Valmaggiore cru in Vezza d'Alba. The vineyards in this area are not very productive and are located on steep hillsides with a very steep slope, which means that the vineyard can only be managed manually, without the aid of mechanical means: hence the name of the wine. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, balsamic notes of mint and spicy and toasted hints. The palate is vertical, with firm tannins, good freshness and a savoury finish. Perfect with fettuccine with lamb ragù
