Tenute Rubino's Negroamaro 'Miraglio' celebrates Salento's viticulture with its Mediterranean profile. The mixed ageing in steel, French oak and bottle gives the wine a fine, tailored cut, precise and pleasantly complex. The nose has a dark profile of black fruit, liquorice and balsamic Mediterranean scrub, with hints of juniper. Salty and warm, the sip is both agile and rich in texture. Ideal with chickling vetch patties, fried pizza or meat dishes
