Avignonesi's Nobile di Montepulciano 'Ventisei' is an intense wine that aims to convey the Saverys family's passion for Tuscany through sensitive and sustainable agriculture. Each plot is vinified separately with spontaneous fermentation and then aged for 24 months in wood. An artisanal wine with aromas of cherry, blackberry and violet on the nose, as well as intriguing and typical aromas of star anise. On the palate, the attack is warm and juicy, with a smooth and lively mouthfeel accompanied by silky tannins. Excellent with pepper steak
Bright ruby red with violet reflections
Fresh red fruits such as cherries, then purple and a balsamic finish with aniseed and vanilla
Smooth yet intense, warm and pleasantly tannic
