The refined Nuits-Saint-Georges red wine, an example of a great wine from the Côte de Nuits. As per tradition, the best Burgundy wines come from old vines, which embody the history of the territory with a few, flavourful grapes. The vinification process involves a large quantity of whole bunches to impart aroma and structure, spontaneous fermentation and eight months' ageing in new barriques to soften and oxygenate the wine. The nose offers peppery and vanilla notes accompanied by fresh and jammy black fruit. On the palate, it expresses freshness, a subtle texture and supple tannins that create a fine and measured profile. Perfect with a typical boeuf bourguignon
