Kristinus' Kelet Cuvée is a Hungarian macerated white wine with an expressive and fruity profile. The three grape varieties used, Sauvignon Blanc, Grüner Veltliner and Furmint, ferment separately in large barrels and amphorae and then age on fine lees for 6 months. The nose is fruity, with hints of white fruit and citrus zest, and iodine notes on the finish. The palate is energetic and fresh, savoury with a pleasantly bitter finish. It also pairs naturally with a lake fish stew
