Zaccagnini's Passerina 'Chronicon' comes from grapes grown in the vineyard of the same name in Valle Casauria, one of the greenest areas in Italy. Vinification takes place in a cold environment and in the total absence of oxygen, to maximise the fragrance of the fruit. The nose releases aromas of white flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit with tropical nuances and hints of sweet spices. The palate has a vibrant freshness and savouriness. Ideal with shellfish and prawn dishes
Straw yellow with golden hues
Chamomile and apricot with hints of pineapple and ginger
Very fresh and savoury, energetic sip
