Pecorino Belisario 2024

Belisario's Pecorino comes from the hillside vineyards of Rocca San Giovanni, in the winery's Abruzzo region. The wine is made in steel with decanting of the must, all to enhance the fruity character of this grape variety. Floral and white fruit scents open the scene to briny hints, the palate is very fresh and balanced in structure. Goes well with cod with green sauce
