A savoury white with a good structure, this Pecorino from La Valentina is an organic wine that well represents the character of its corner of the Adriatic. The classic vinification, with soft pressing and maturation in steel, helps to extract fragrance and freshness, while the stay on fine lees gives roundness and body. The nose releases notes of white fruit, wild flowers, citrus fruits and a slight salty sensation. The palate is fresh, savoury, with a good structure and a lingering finish. Ideal with aperitifs, shellfish and crustaceans
