The Pecorino 'Le Terre dell'Abate' by Zaccagnini gains body thanks to the clayey soils where its vines grow. In the winery, it is treated only with steel, thus enhancing its fragrance, in addition to its structure. On the nose, it releases notes of flowers and yellow fruit, with hints of aromatic herbs like thyme and mint. It impresses with its freshness, but the savory profile is its most distinctive feature
