Zaccagnini's Pecorino 'Tralcetto' comes from both Pescara and Chieti, made with a fascinating indigenous grape variety: in short, a summa of the Abruzzo experience of this historic winery. Fragrant and powerful, it is produced in steel only to preserve the fruity character to the maximum. The nose releases notes of flowers and yellow fruit, with hints of herbs such as thyme and mint. On the palate, it is fresh, with marine flavour and a well-balanced bite. Ideal with cooked and raw fish, try it with a calamari pizza
