Pelaverga di Verduno is a traditional grape variety from this municipality, home to the Belcolle winery. To preserve the fruity and peppery character of this precious 'Langa' wine, only steel is used in the cellar, so as to restore great aroma and a taste that is both graceful and intense at the same time. The nose reveals wild strawberry, rose and the typical scent of black pepper. The palate is fresh, subtle and pleasant, with mild tannins. Pair with cold cuts, it is also excellent with the typical knife-cut raw meat
